Subscription & Payment

  • Full payment must be made at the time of booking.

  • Each subscription covers one full week (Monday to Sunday) of meals.

  • Orders must be confirmed by Friday 10:00 PM for delivery or collection starting the following Monday or selected start date.

Deliveries
& Collections

At India Cafe, we offer two convenient options to receive your food: Delivery and Collection. We are committed to clear communication and timely service for every order.

1. Delivery

  • Delivery Areas:
    We deliver within specific areas around Dundee. Delivery availability and cost depend on your location and are clearly displayed during the ordering process on our website.

  • Delivery Fee:
    A standard delivery fee is applied based on your distance and will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

  • Estimated Delivery Time:
    Most orders are delivered within 1 hour. However, during peak times, adverse weather, or unforeseen circumstances, deliveries may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

  • Delivery Conditions:
    Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the given address. If no one is available, we may attempt to call, but we cannot guarantee redelivery.

2. Collection

  • Collection Address:
    You can choose to collect your meal from our location:
    Unit 5, Barlow Park, Dundee, DD5 3RS

  • Collection Time:
    You will be notified when your order is ready. Please collect your order within 30 minutes of the notified time to ensure freshness.

3. Tracking & Updates

  • At this time, we do not provide live tracking. However, you will receive confirmation and updates via SMS or email after placing your order.

4. Refunds, Returns, & Cancellations

  • As we deal with freshly prepared food, we cannot accept returns once the order has been delivered or collected.

  • If your meal is not as described or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and offer a suitable solution (e.g., replacement or refund).

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error.

  • Customers are not liable for return shipping since no items need to be returned.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 1 hour before your delivery or collection slot. Late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.
